Hassle-Free Return Policy
At our dry fruits store, we strive to provide exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be instances when you need to return an item, and we want to make the process as simple and convenient as possible.
We offer a 3-day return policy on all dry fruits and nuts. This means you have 3 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To initiate a return, simply contact us at goldenkaju20@gmail.com or call us at +91 8714554908 and provide your order details.
We will arrange for a return pickup at your doorstep, eliminating the need for you to handle any shipping arrangements. Please ensure the items are packed securely in their original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding the ₹49 return shipping fee. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Exceptions
We will not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged. We also will not accept returns on items that have passed their expiry date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Last updated on 14-12-2023 10:15:58 Golden Kaju believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. • Golden Kaju does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the Golden Kaju, it’ll take 6-8 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
