Golden Kaju Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

We strive to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. If your order is placed before 12 PM IST, it will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM IST will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: This is our most affordable option and typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. The standard shipping charge is a flat fee of ₹79.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): This option allows you to pay for your order in cash upon delivery. The COD charge is a flat fee of ₹29 in addition to the standard shipping charge of ₹79.

3. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method you select and the destination of your order. Standard shipping times are typically 3-7 business days within India. COD orders may take an additional 1-2 business days for processing and verification.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you select and the destination of your order. You can estimate shipping costs during checkout before finalizing your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order's progress directly on the courier's website using the provided tracking number.

6. Delivery Exceptions

Please note that there may be exceptions to our standard shipping times and costs during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any delays or changes as soon as possible.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If you are unavailable to accept delivery, you may be required to pick up your order from the nearest courier location.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that your shipment is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We will replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.

9. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us for a return authorization number before returning your items. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 6-7 Days days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Golden Kaju is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 6-7 Days days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
